About the Chef: Angelique
After moving to South Dakota in 1983 while we were still in the USAF, I decided to take my love of cooking public and started Gramma's Delicacies with my mother. In 1995, my husband Joe (Reuben) was retired and was working with us. We are proud of our line of freeze dried meals and snacks. We take pride in our preparation and cooking with mostly local ingredients. Our meals are bursting with flavor and are very nutritious, low sodium, and no artificial flavoring. They are sealed in special bags (milar) to keep them fresh with a shelf life of 20-25yrs (unopened). They are ideal for office, home, camping, seniors, college students, etc, or long term provisions.
We are still creating our homemade jams, sauces, relishes, pickles, and seasonings!
